We are opening the search for a new exciting role at Parable, and hiring a Visual Designer to join our dynamic sales & marketing team.

We're looking for someone who is specialized in creating compelling sales decks and visual reports that communicate complex data through custom charts and graphs. This role requires a high level of proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, along with the ability to translate creative briefs from our Executives and Creative Director into engaging visual narratives. You would be joining a progressive design-forward team, creating materials that drive both sales conversations and customer success.

Has an obsessive eye for detail, paired with the ability to work at speed. You can spot a misaligned pixel from a mile away, but you also know how to make smart trade-offs to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Has great taste, and is interested in applying our brand in new and creative ways.
Is resolutely focused on customer value. You understand that the end goal isn’t just to produce beautiful designs and slides but to create compelling visual narratives that communicate strategic and sharp business insights to customers, and drive meaningful conversation.
Is passionate about expressing data through design. You're genuinely fascinated by how visual storytelling can make complex information accessible and compelling. You see every chart, graph, and diagram as an opportunity to create understanding and drive action.
Is energized by collaboration. You thrive when working closely with executives, sales teams, and other designers to understand their needs and translate them into powerful visual solutions. You know how to take feedback and iterate quickly while maintaining high standards.
Is passionate about learning new skills, and adopting new AI Gen tools for visual design. You use tools like Sora, Dall-E, Mid Journey and others to enhance your creativity. Bonus if you have simple animation or motion abilities.
Will take initiative to drive projects forward, and enjoys working with tight deadlines.

You will be responsible for:

Creating compelling sales, marketing materials and other visual reporting tools to effectively communicate brand messages and data insights using established brand guidelines while developing additional templates.
Diving into data visualization, creating custom charts, graphs, and infographics that present complex data in an accessible, brand-aligned, beautiful and engaging manner.
Working with our marketing team to understand design requirements and deliver graphics aligned with strategic goals.
